Project Manager (Woodlands)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead feasibility studies, secure quotations and funding approvals, and provide technical guidance for client premises. The role involves supervising construction activities, inspecting completed works, and preparing comprehensive reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and obtain quotations and funding approvals.
• Advise on technical matters in line with authority requirements and recognized standards.
• Supervise construction phases and inspect premises after completion.
• Prepare detailed reports on project completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building/Project Management or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiarity with local authority building plan submission processes.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good organizational skills and immediate availability.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
