QC Inspector – Quality Check (Multiple Openings, West, Training Provided)

About the role

We are seeking diligent QC Inspectors to perform visual and analytical inspections of electronic components across multiple headcounts in the West region. The role involves using specialised laboratory equipment to ensure products meet strict manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of electronic components using microscopes.
• Conduct alcohol swipe and scrape tests to verify products are not black‑topped.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as XRF, X‑ray, microscopy, decapsulation, solderability, curve tracing, and C‑SAM.
• Document inspection processes accurately and upload results using proprietary systems.
• Prepare detailed test reports in line with customer testing plans and industry standards.
• Support laboratory testing methods, update work instructions, and coordinate calibration services.
• Assist with ISO 17025 lab accreditation tasks and customer audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in component or product inspection and testing.
• Familiarity with ESD controls and ISO 17025 laboratory systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the electronics distribution industry.
