About the role
Franklin Templeton is seeking a Receptionist for its Singapore office. The role supports daily operations, visitors, and communications to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism.
- Greet visitors, issue security passes, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and well‑stocked.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate pantry, stationery, and office supply orders.
- Assist with meeting, event, and conference arrangements, including room setup and refreshments.
- Partner with facilities teams to provide seamless on‑site support.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in reception, front‑desk, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable execution, and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
