Recruiter II – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Braze is seeking a world‑class Recruiter II to support the rapid growth of its global Go‑to‑Market teams. This 12‑month contract position will design and execute tailored recruiting plans while serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire top talent for GTM/Sales roles.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement talent‑acquisition strategies.
• Screen candidates, lead debrief sessions, and select the best fit for each role.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting.
• Leverage industry trends to enhance employer branding and scale recruiting processes.
• Mentor and guide fellow recruiters to continuously improve the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with experience reporting recruiting metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
