Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will be supported by a manager and an experienced mentor while working in a hybrid environment. You will collaborate with colleagues across regional markets and contribute to building diverse, agile workforces for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation and offer negotiation.
• Identify and acquire new client accounts and grow existing relationships through regular meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers.
• Understand hiring requirements, share market trends and present talent solutions for a range of industries, from startups to global MNCs.
• Conduct candidate interviews, negotiate salary packages and provide interview coaching.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team and regional partners to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit or a related field.
• Proven teamwork, leadership and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong communication abilities and a drive for business development.
