Regional HR Director (Southeast Asia)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Director to lead our human‑capital strategy across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the executive team, you will shape HR initiatives that support business growth in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional executives to design and execute HR strategies aligned with market objectives.
• Optimize organizational structures, conduct workforce planning and drive change initiatives such as M&A and expansion.
• Lead talent management, including leadership development, succession planning and regional recruitment for critical overseas roles.
• Oversee performance management and design competitive, compliant compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with labor laws across SEA markets, manage employee relations and mitigate HR risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Director with regional responsibility in Southeast Asia.
• Proven expertise in organizational development, talent management and total rewards within a multinational setting.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and statutory compliance in key SEA countries.
• Strong track record in change management, stakeholder engagement and cross‑cultural collaboration.
