Regional Human Resource & Administration Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resource & Administration Manager will lead HR and admin functions across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You will shape HR strategy, ensure policy alignment, and drive a unified culture while complying with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional HR strategies that align with corporate vision and local employment laws.
• Harmonise HR policies across the three countries and recommend enhancements.
• Manage employer branding on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and regional job portals.
• Develop annual HR budgets for each market and consolidate them into a regional plan.
• Build and oversee recruitment pipelines, standardise selection processes and ensure compliant onboarding.
• Coordinate performance management, KPI setting, appraisals and competency analysis across regions.
• Lead training programmes, leverage government grants (MOM, HRDF, BPJS) and organise cross‑border team‑building events.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave management and ERP system usage (TaskHub, Infotech) ensuring compliance with CPF, PCB and BPJS.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of MOM (Singapore), JTK (Malaysia) and Indonesian labour regulations.
• Ability to develop and execute regional HR strategies and policies.
