Regional Key Account Manager – Luxury (APAC)

About the role

Based in Singapore, the Regional Key Account Manager – Luxury will be the primary liaison for strategic luxury customers across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Sector Luxury – APAC, you will coordinate with CEVA’s country, product and operational teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic luxury customer relationships across APAC, serving as the main regional point of contact.
• Lead regional account planning, governance and Quarterly Business Reviews together with Global and National Key Account teams.
• Identify and pursue revenue‑growth opportunities across Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics and Ground & Rail services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet service commitments, resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain visibility of customer priorities, risks and opportunities for CEVA leadership.
• Partner with product teams to design competitive, customer‑specific logistics solutions and support tenders, RFQs and commercial processes.
• Keep accurate account and opportunity data in CEVA’s CRM system and monitor key commercial metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account or strategic account management within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Air and Ocean freight forwarding and Contract Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑country customer relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with experience in account growth, tenders, RFQs and business reviews.
• Regional APAC exposure or a high‑performing country‑level Key Account Manager ready for a broader regional role.
