About the role
Elliptic is seeking a Regional Manager of Customer Success for the APAC region to lead a high‑performing team of Customer Success Managers. Reporting to the Global Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes for our blockchain analytics customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring health, renewal, and ARR expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 5‑10 CSMs across APAC.
- Define and execute regional Customer Success strategies aligned with the global vision.
- Partner with the Global Director to set goals, track NDR, GDR, churn, and ensure consistency.
- Support CSMs in strategic account management and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, health scoring, success planning, and value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver frictionless customer experiences.
- Gather regional insights to inform product roadmaps and represent the voice of global customers.
- Foster cross‑regional collaboration and shared learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading distributed Customer Success or Account Management teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people‑development skills.
- Ability to manage top‑tier customers and drive short‑ and long‑term success.
