About the role
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional client experience within a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet personal and boutique budgets in line with brand retail strategy and compliance requirements.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans with the Boutique Manager.
- Organise private viewings for VIP clients and discuss business opportunities.
- Support the implementation of HQ commercial guidelines and visual merchandising concepts.
- Prepare and deliver monthly boutique meetings and follow‑up actions.
- Act as manager‑on‑duty in the Boutique Manager’s absence, handling staff scheduling, training needs and coaching.
- Monitor staff appearance, behavior and compliance with uniform and brand policies.
- Ensure the boutique’s appearance, client welcoming, and overall maintenance meet brand standards.
- Oversee stocktaking, cash register control and stock replenishment processes.
Required profile
- Experience in boutique or luxury retail sales and management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility when the manager is absent.
- Excellent communication skills for coaching staff and interacting with VIP clients.
- Commitment to upholding brand guidelines and compliance procedures.
