Regional Senior Tax Advisor (Assistant Manager / Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Senior Tax Advisor to support subsidiaries across the Asia Pacific region. The role will work closely with local finance teams and external advisors to ensure tax compliance, manage tax risks, and provide practical tax solutions for business operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor corporate income tax, VAT/GST and other tax compliance matters for APAC subsidiaries.
• Identify and resolve tax issues, and keep abreast of significant regulatory developments.
• Conduct periodic tax risk reviews and help develop tax governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Support subsidiaries during tax audits, authority inquiries, and tax controversy matters.
• Provide tax guidance for new business initiatives, cross‑border transactions and regional tax projects.
• Promote tax awareness, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in taxation, accounting, finance or related areas.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax, indirect tax and compliance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Business‑level English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic international environment and willingness to travel within APAC.
