Regional Transport Control Tower Lead

About the role

As the Regional Transport Control Tower Lead you will organise and manage international transportation flows across the region, ensuring high service levels at optimal cost. You will act as the operational hub linking transportation, supply planning, customer service and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily control‑tower operations to provide real‑time visibility of cross‑border shipments.
• Lead and optimise the Cross‑Border Trucking product portfolio, managing lane efficiency and carrier capacity.
• Monitor 3PL/4PL performance metrics such as on‑time pickup/delivery and milestone visibility.
• Define and execute the transport data strategy in partnership with Analytics and IT teams.
• Drive AI, machine‑learning and advanced‑analytics solutions to automate execution and exception routing.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, delays and geopolitical events.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Lead, mentor and develop a geographically distributed team of transportation professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of international transportation or supply‑chain experience, including 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale 3PL and 4PL networks.
• Strong analytical, communication and decision‑making skills in a matrixed environment.
