Research Talent Engagement Manager – AI Singapore

About the role

AI Singapore is seeking a Research Talent Engagement Manager to strengthen the visibility of its Talent Pillar. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will combine creative communication with project management to showcase research pathways and engage researchers, students, and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and produce multimedia content that highlights researchers, career pathways, and research outcomes for targeted audiences.
• Develop and manage digital channels to increase awareness of AI Singapore’s talent programmes.
• Plan and execute outreach events such as seminars, workshops, recruitment drives, and community gatherings, handling logistics and on‑site operations.
• Monitor online conversations within research communities to identify emerging interests, influential voices, and effective engagement approaches.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for talent programmes.
• Support reporting and communication of programme progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in outreach, content creation, and event coordination within a research or technology environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to track timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyse community trends and translate insights into engagement strategies.
