Resident Physician (Cardiology)

About the role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering day‑to‑day patient care in cardiovascular medicine. The role involves both outpatient and inpatient settings, assisting with invasive and non‑invasive investigations and procedures, and supporting all aspects of cardiac patient care in the Department of Cardiology.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day patient care in cardiovascular medicine.
- Assist in outpatient and inpatient investigations and procedures.
- Support invasive and non‑invasive cardiac procedures and patient management.
Required profile
- Basic Medical Degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council.
- Relevant recognised postgraduate qualification.
- Pass the national licensing examination required for the country of the basic medical degree.
- Prior experience in an acute hospital setting (essential).
- Strong interest or credentials in research (advantage).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Documented proof of measles (or MMR) vaccination or immunity and diphtheria‑tetanus‑pertussis vaccination within the past 10 years.
