Resident Technical Officer – Architectural Projects

About the role

Greensafe International is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to lead architectural and fitting‑out works on major construction sites. You will be the on‑site authority for quality control, statutory compliance, and construction administration, ensuring projects progress safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and safety regulations to supervise all site activities.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date site records documenting work progress, inspections, and compliance.
• Identify, manage, and resolve site issues proactively, coordinating with project teams to keep momentum.
• Oversee quality control processes and construction administration to meet client and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, with at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.
• Proven experience in architectural and fitting‑out works within major building construction projects.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) and a Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
