Retail Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Manager to own and grow CarousellMobile’s physical retail network of second‑hand phone stores and BuyBack booths across Singapore. You will shape processes, lead teams and drive sales and trade‑in performance in a fast‑moving recommerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, trade‑ins and profitability across every store and booth island‑wide.
• Hire, train and lead a trusted sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage stock, store standards and daily operations to ensure smooth touchpoints.
• Develop playbooks and systematise successful practices for scaling to new locations.
• Collaborate with the GM and analytics team to turn data insights into actionable ground‑level strategies.

Required profile

• Retail, F&B, telco or other customer‑facing experience; fresh graduates with strong hands‑on exposure are welcome.
• Proven ability to lead people, formally or informally.
• Comfortable working on the floor while thinking in systems and processes.
• Analytical mindset: dig into problems to understand root causes.
• Self‑driven, hungry to prove capabilities and enjoy variety over narrow specialisation.
