Sales Administrator (IT – Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our IT‑focused sales team. The role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and acting as a first point of contact for customer inquiries. This is an entry‑level position with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by processing purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules.
• Interact directly with customers to understand and respond to their needs.
• Visit valued customers together with sales representatives to address ordering, forecasting and pricing issues.
• Assist with order tracking, documentation and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems as required.

Required profile

• Basic IT or computer knowledge.
• Cheerful personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to start work immediately.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates welcomed; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
