Sales Consultant – Postpartum & Aesthetic Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team and help mothers discover the right postpartum and aesthetic services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our product portfolio and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable postpartum or aesthetic services.
• Promote the company’s services and products to both potential and existing customers.
• Provide professional analysis and suggest appropriate treatments and products.
• Deliver friendly, high‑quality customer service before and after sales.
• Maintain high service standards and keep treatment rooms clean and tidy.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on postpartum care, treatments, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Open to candidates without prior experience – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Massage certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work weekends and retail hours as required.

• Attractive overall salary package (basic + incentive + sales commissions) ranging from SGD 4,000 to 8,000 per month.
