Sales Supervisor – Lead Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily activities of our sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. Working closely with store, general and production managers, you will act as a bridge between the organization and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line managers in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, lead generation data, and customer onboarding metrics to senior management.
• Develop sales presentations and tools to support the team.
• Maintain client communication, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Initiate sales strategies and plans to boost brand visibility.
• Control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Monitor market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Ensure proper product display across malls, supermarkets and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to varying opening hours.
