About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainer to lead the design and delivery of B2B sales training programmes. The role will support our sales teams in improving performance and aligning with Cartrack’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and create training materials that address B2B sales strategies and best practices.
- Design and implement training programmes for internal trainers and sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess training needs and objectives.
- Analyse the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Mentor and guide internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sales methodologies to incorporate into training content.
- Manage the training calendar and logistics for all training sessions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales training and development or related roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and impactful training content.
- Experience in mentoring and training others.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
