Senior Accountant – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Senior Accountant to join Sensient Technologies’ new Global Innovation Center in Singapore. The role will partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to provide commercial decision support and comprehensive financial information across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting for the Group office.
• Analyse sales performance, pricing and profitability, and produce detailed commercial metrics reports.
• Lead working capital optimisation, capital approval processes, ROI analysis and asset impairment reviews.
• Oversee monthly payroll, employee tax matters and internal control improvements.
• Support senior analysts in building complex financial models and collaborate with cross‑functional teams for data gathering.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in a trading, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑department collaboration.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with dedicated financial modeling tools.
• Familiarity with global ERP/EPM reporting systems.
