Senior AI Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

NCS is seeking a senior AI Consultant to help clients uncover AI‑driven business value and turn those opportunities into measurable outcomes. You will work at the intersection of AI strategy, business transformation and rapid prototyping, partnering with senior client leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client AI readiness, data maturity and operational challenges.
• Identify, prioritize and build business cases for AI, automation and transformation opportunities.
• Develop AI strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with business goals.
• Redesign processes and operating models to embed AI effectively.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to track impact and adoption.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear solution hypotheses and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and product teams to create prototypes, MVPs and deployable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools throughout research, analysis, prototyping and delivery, driving rapid experiments.

Required profile

• Analytical and forward‑thinking senior professional with at least 24 months of AI‑related experience.
• AI‑native mindset combining structured problem‑solving, business acumen and a builder attitude.
• Ability to work closely with senior client leaders and cross‑functional teams.
