Senior Analyst, CRM Enterprise Application

About the role

The Senior Analyst will lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle CRM solutions for a global semiconductor and electronics assembly company. You will work closely with business users, implementation partners, and IT teams to deliver scalable Oracle CX applications across sales, service, CPQ, install base, subscription management, and field service.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion CRM solutions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – from requirements, design, build, testing, deployment to post‑go‑live support.
• Configure and support Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management and Field Service.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts and training materials.
• Support integrations, data migration, reporting and system enhancements.
• Lead SIT, UAT and regression testing activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of ERP/CRM implementation and support experience.
• Minimum three full‑lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS CRM implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle CX Sales, Service, CPQ, Install Base, Subscription Management and Field Service.
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of related modules such as Pricing, Sales Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Service Logistics.
• Experience in a global manufacturing or high‑tech environment is an advantage.
