Senior Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Architectural Coordinator will lead the coordination of all architectural activities on construction sites, ensuring that design intent is executed efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Project or Site Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for site work arrangements.
• Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors' activities.
• Facilitate inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, handling technical and engineering issues.
• Plan, program, and monitor work progress.
• Liaise with client representatives, authorities, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of local experience in residential building projects.
• BCSS certificate is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment.
• Understanding of construction safety procedures.
• BCSS certification.
