Process Architect I

About the role

The Process Architect position offers a mid‑to‑senior level opportunity to join PM Group’s rapidly expanding Singapore team, working on cutting‑edge Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharma facilities from feasibility through qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development of project resource plans and pricing for architectural proposals.
• Support PM Group qualifications for new and existing clients and attend client meetings to assess needs.
• Develop conceptual designs, coordinate with engineers, and create BIM models for the design.
• Produce construction drawings and specifications that meet client, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Mentor junior architectural staff and support their professional development.
• Perform fieldwork as required, such as taking dimensions and site visits during construction.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multi‑discipline team.
• Commercial acumen to manage projects to budget and implement change management.
• Willingness to travel moderately for client and project requirements.
