Senior Associate, Strategy & Execution

About the role

EY-Parthenon in Singapore focuses on CXO-level strategy, commercial due diligence, integration and divestments and value creation. This Senior Associate position sits in a high-performing, rapidly growing team that has hired many consultants from top management consulting firms, and works on deep accounts in consumer, healthcare and life sciences, resources and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a core engagement team on a CXO-level strategy and transformation agenda, covering market entry, growth and turnaround, go-to-market, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organisation transformation and rapid value creation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement: structure the module, gather data, conduct analysis, create recommendations and share and align findings with the client.
• Interact with client counterparts on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting (preferred) or in top investment and leading corporates.
• Work experience in strategy, operations or large-scale transformation.
• Experience in one of: consumer products and retail, oil and gas, process and manufacturing industries, or life sciences and healthcare.
• Willingness to travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary.
