Senior Channel Sales Manager – Asia Reseller Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Lead to drive revenue growth through Sitecore’s reseller ecosystem across Rest of Asia (ROA), focusing on Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Korea. The role combines channel sales execution with SaaS enterprise software expertise and requires 25–50% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue through assigned Sitecore resellers across ROA, managing top‑tier and mid‑tier partners.
• Build, manage, and forecast reseller‑sourced pipeline, supporting the full sales lifecycle from qualification to close.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, enable reseller‑led marketing activities and promote Sitecore’s SaaS, AI and Digital Experience offerings.
• Gather market insights, monitor competitors and provide feedback to shape regional channel strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS software sales, channel or reseller‑led sales models.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and enterprise deal execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese or Korean is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), CMS or MarTech solutions.
