Senior Communications Specialist – Multimedia Producer & Design Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior communications specialist who will translate FedEx’s regional business strategies into compelling visual stories. In this “one‑person studio” role you will own the end‑to‑end creation of multimedia content that informs, inspires and engages audiences across internal and external digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, narratives and storyboards that align with business objectives.
• Produce high‑quality video, motion‑graphics, presentations and digital assets from scripting through filming, editing and final delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, intranet, video‑first storytelling and other communication channels.
• Leverage audience insights and analytics to optimise content performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful storytelling.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation or related fields.
• Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing video and design work.
• Proven ability to connect business strategy with visual storytelling.
• Self‑starter who can independently deliver end‑to‑end productions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL (preferred).
• Expertise in video editing, motion‑graphics and animation techniques.
