Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (SEA)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials engagements across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with clients to understand their finance processes, translate requirements into system designs, and ensure successful delivery of cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business consultation sessions, capture client requirements and produce specification documents for Oracle Fusion configuration.
• Lead configuration, testing and UAT activities, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions with developers and users.
• Provide design options and prototypes, apply Oracle implementation methodologies, and document system setups.
• Coach and mentor small project teams, manage performance and contribute to business development efforts.
• Stay current on Oracle product updates and industry trends to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Leadership mindset, capable of guiding junior team members and managing stakeholder expectations.
