Senior Corporate Communication Specialist

About the role

The Senior Corporate Communication Specialist partners with C‑suite leaders to shape and deliver high‑impact narratives that align the organization, drive change initiatives, and enhance external brand visibility across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communication strategies, drafting keynotes, all‑hands addresses, strategic memos, op‑eds and media talking points.
• Design cross‑functional communication frameworks that break silos, support operational alignment and foster a unified corporate culture.
• Lead communications for major corporate projects, transformations, supply‑chain initiatives and cross‑divisional programs.
• Create and manage an external profiling program for senior executives, securing keynote, panel, white‑paper and media opportunities.
• Position the company as an employer and business partner of choice with industry bodies, suppliers, NGOs and trade groups.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in corporate, marketing communications or corporate affairs, preferably in a multinational regional headquarters.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of ghostwriting speeches, op‑eds and strategic messages for C‑suite and senior leaders.
• Experience creating cross‑functional communication frameworks and managing change‑management messaging for large‑scale transformations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills in matrixed environments and ability to translate complex business priorities into clear narratives.
• Solid judgment in crisis and issues preparedness, delivering rapid‑response messaging.
