Senior Corporate Counsel – APAC Market

About the role

Join the LEGO® Group as a Senior Corporate Counsel for the APAC market and help shape the legal framework that enables the brand’s growth across a dynamic region. Based in Singapore, you will work within the Legal, Compliance and Risk Management (LCR) team, partnering closely with business units, people teams and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted legal and business partner for APAC market business units, channels and partnerships, including LEGO Branded Channels.
• Provide employment law guidance, manage employee relations issues, investigations and support strategic people initiatives across APAC.
• Draft, review and lead negotiations on commercial agreements that support regional growth initiatives.
• Support business expansion projects, new market entry and strategic transformation opportunities.
• Mentor junior legal team members and contribute to legal training, knowledge management and process improvements.
• Report to the Legal Director, APAC Market and support the VP/GC for China & APAC on regional legal initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore or another recognized common‑law jurisdiction.
• Experience in both a law firm and an in‑house multinational corporate environment.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to deliver practical, business‑focused advice in fast‑moving settings.
• Proven track record advising on commercial contracts, employment law, competition law, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of legal matters independently.
