Senior Customer Service Associate – Group Contact Centre

About the role

The Senior Customer Service Associate works within the Group Contact Centre of a major hospital, handling inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and various administrative hotline functions. You will interact with patients and the public, providing accurate information while navigating complex healthcare needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and effective customer service by understanding callers' needs.
• Provide timely, accurate information and assistance to address enquiries.
• Book, modify, or reschedule appointments according to caller requests.
• Manage additional hotline duties such as email handling, referral requests, and emergency activations.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure follow‑up and resolution of requests.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, contact‑centre, or service‑related environments.
• Fluent oral and written English, plus proficiency in the mother tongue.
• Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, stressful setting and handle rotating shifts, public holidays, weekends, and standby duties.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with good typing speed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
