Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Performance Marketing)

About the role

Tiger Brokers is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead SEO and performance marketing initiatives. The role focuses on improving organic visibility, optimizing AI‑powered search results, and driving paid acquisition across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical audits, and backlink campaigns.
• Optimize website content for generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Grok.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Track website performance with SEO tools and analyze brand presence in AI‑generated answers.
• Create dashboards and regular performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other reporting tools.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads and overall marketing funnels.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience creating and executing SEO strategies, including answer engine and generative engine optimization.
• Background in the fintech industry with a solid understanding of financial products and services.
• Strong expertise in on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO, as well as backlink strategies.
• Experience with AI‑powered search platforms and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
