Senior Electrical Engineer – Automation & PLC (SGD 4k-5k)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead automation projects across Singapore. The role involves designing electrical schematics, programming PLCs, and creating HMI graphics for machine assembly and field support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce detailed electrical diagrams.
• Develop PLC programs and HMI graphics for automated machinery.
• Assemble, wire, set up, and install equipment on site.
• Provide on‑site debugging, field support, and technical assistance.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, RS232, RS485, EtherCAT.

Required skills

• PLC programming (Omron, Panasonic, Beckhoff preferred).
• HMI development and programming.
• Electrical wiring and circuit design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
