Senior Equipment Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Lead equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and reliability improvement.
• Analyze equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Improve equipment uptime, productivity and overall efficiency.
• Support equipment installation, qualification and process improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Process and Engineering teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support projects involving new equipment, upgrades and automation.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, equipment engineering or maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with equipment reliability, preventive maintenance or improvement projects.
• Able to work effectively with cross‑functional and technical teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
