Senior Executive – Communications & Multimedia

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive to lead communications and multimedia content creation for TTSH. The role will support corporate communications and elective marketing initiatives by designing visual assets and producing digital media from concept to publication.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and communications collateral such as social media graphics, posters, EDMs, infographics, banners, brochures and event materials.
• Create multimedia content including photography, videography, motion graphics and short‑form videos for internal and external platforms.
• Conceptualise storyboards, copy and scripts to support campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage end‑to‑end content production, coordinating filming, editing, stakeholder approvals and timely publication.
• Liaise with clinicians, department heads and external vendors to deliver high‑quality assets.
• Act as a brand steward, guaranteeing all materials comply with TTSH brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in design, multimedia creation or digital marketing.
• Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking and attention to typography, layout and art direction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with solid project‑management and time‑management abilities.
