Senior Executive, Digital Marketing – Social Media

About the role

Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior Executive to lead creator partnerships that amplify brand storytelling and social reach across its attractions, dining, entertainment, hotels and events. The role sits within the Social Media team and works closely with Brand, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, vet and contract creators across Singapore and regional markets, ensuring brand fit, audience quality and compliance.
• Develop clear creator briefs, coordinate site access, filming logistics and production timelines, and secure internal approvals.
• Manage publishing milestones, paid boosting, UTM tagging and landing page readiness, while monitoring live content and handling any issues.
• Activate community engagement through Q&A, reposts and live sessions to maximise reach and sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align creator content with brand campaigns, seasonal calendars and launch roadmaps.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of creator economics, storytelling and brand safety.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a passion for culture, trends and travel/leisure.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Fluency on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and XiaoHongShu platforms.
• Experience with creator contracting, negotiation and usage‑rights management.
• Knowledge of UTM tagging, paid amplification and social media analytics.
