Senior Finance Manager – Financial Control & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our global financial control and finance operations function. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will own the group’s financial close, accounting policies, and day‑to‑day finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring accurate group reporting.
• Review consolidated management accounts, balance‑sheet reconciliations and support schedules.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, close procedures and control frameworks.
• Lead core finance operations including AP, AR, billing, collections, treasury and inter‑company accounting.
• Establish operating processes, SLAs and ownership across the finance function.
• Drive automation, process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate statutory accounting, audit processes and corporate tax/GST/VAT compliance.
• Act as primary finance contact for external auditors.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting and controllership experience.
• Hands‑on leadership with a practical, operational mindset.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems and improve processes.
• Experience managing a high‑performing finance team across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record in scaling finance functions during growth or integration.
