Senior HR Business Partner (Manager Level)

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based on‑site at Resorts World Sentosa. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with hiring managers and business units to attract top talent, support strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to source and acquire the best talent for business needs.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programmes.
• Provide HR advisory services to business units, supporting manpower planning, talent development and operational requirements.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re‑employment, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Coach and guide managers and team members, fostering engagement and strong employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects and progressive HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related business discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in hiring, business partnering and talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality, retail or service sectors.
• Proven people‑leadership abilities, strong judgement and excellent communication skills.
• High energy, meticulous, organised and analytical, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
