Senior HR Executive – People Operations

About the role

The Senior HR Executive, People Operations will be a key driver of employee experience for Richemont in Singapore and across selected Asian markets. You will own end‑to‑end HR operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life‑cycle – onboarding, off‑boarding, work‑pass administration, and physical logistics for Singapore entities.
• Maintain and optimise HRIS platforms (Workday & SAP) and ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Administer MOM work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations, keeping employee records up‑to‑date.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with Singapore labour law and Richemont Group standards.
• Provide HR data analytics to support decision‑making and collaborate with payroll and benefits teams.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on simplification, automation, and system enhancements.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, payroll and internal audit to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on People Operations, HRIS or payroll.
• Proven track record of implementing and refining HR policies and procedures.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore employment and immigration legislation.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
