Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Campaign & Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and coordination of our B2B marketing and communications initiatives. This hands‑on role will manage campaign pipelines, create content, run social channels and oversee brand merchandise logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy email and automation campaigns using HubSpot, including multi‑step drip flows.
• Write and publish SEO‑aligned blog posts on WordPress and manage daily B2B social media calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Draft clear B2B copy for internal announcements, partner updates, brochures, event posters and ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Support event marketing by creating pre‑event collateral, liaising with vendors, providing on‑site registration assistance and handling post‑event lead follow‑up.
• Plan, order, customise and distribute company merchandise, managing annual inventory and logistics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years hands‑on experience in a B2B marketing or communications role.
• Strong copywriting and editing ability, capable of switching between corporate emails and engaging social posts.
• Highly execution‑oriented planner who excels at managing timelines and delivering projects to completion.

Required skills

• HubSpot – email creation, workflow setup and contact list management.
• WordPress – content uploading, page editing and media handling.
• Google Analytics – traffic analysis, user behaviour monitoring and campaign reporting.
