Senior Marketing Executive – Luxury Beauty (Singapore)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the end‑to‑end execution of trade‑marketing initiatives across all retail channels in Singapore. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role ensures operational excellence, delivers premium customer experiences and upholds the luxury standards of Clé de Peau Beauté.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual trade‑marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Coordinate retailer marketing initiatives, including promotional mechanics, product launches, seasonal campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Manage the retail marketing calendar for department stores, Sephora and brand boutiques, ensuring timely execution.
• Allocate and deploy POSM and retail marketing materials, maintaining visual merchandising and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with retail operations, store managers and partners to resolve operational issues.
• Plan and deliver premium customer experiences such as workshops, VIP events, facial experiences and experiential programmes.
• Execute CRM initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, loyalty and retention.
• Coordinate omnichannel customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints.
• Manage content, promotions and merchandising on e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Sephora.sg).
• Support integrated 360° marketing campaigns across retail, PR, CRM, digital and experiential channels.
