Senior Project Engineer – Civil Infrastructure (MRT)

About the role
You will play a lead role in managing contractors for the construction of new MRT lines and enhancements to existing lines, covering both station and tunnel works in elevated and underground settings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the management of contractors for new MRT lines and enhancements to existing lines.
- Oversee station and tunnel construction in both elevated and underground environments.
- Ensure safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of all contractor works.
- Assist in planning, risk and cash‑flow management, issue instructions and assess variations, payments and claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with knowledge of local codes and transit construction.
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in underground construction, deep excavation and tunnelling is an advantage.
- Strong project‑management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite at project offices in Changi or Tuas.
