Senior Project Manager – IT Systems Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT system delivery for government digital services in Singapore. The role involves full‑lifecycle management from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑implementation support, working closely with business units and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, design, and solution architecture for new and existing applications.
• Gather and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee system integration with internal platforms and government services such as Singpass, Corppass, and GovTech.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and documentation for project teams.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements in reliability, security, and scalability.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related fields, preferably in a large enterprise or public sector.
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles.
• Hands‑on experience in application development and familiarity with government digital frameworks is an advantage.
