About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tender teams and manage the QS function across building works projects throughout Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Lead tender teams for building works projects, providing QS inputs, pricing and submissions.
Manage and develop the QS team from junior to senior levels.
Oversee QS activities in projects, including cost control, variations and claims.
Coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors.
Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.

Required profile

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
10+ years of QS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
Strong knowledge of building works, contracts and pricing.
Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
Experience with public and private residential housing and institutional projects.
Professional QS certification is an advantage.
