Senior Recruiter (Korean Speaker)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who can lead technical and niche hiring initiatives, especially in AI and emerging technologies, while communicating fluently in Korean at a business‑proficient level. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, and mentorship of junior talent acquisition staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, providing counsel and recruitment expertise.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from vacancy consultation to offer negotiation, ensuring timelines and service level agreements are met.
• Develop attraction strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams, tailoring approaches to market demands.
• Monitor funnel metrics with sourcing partners, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, administration, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience.
• Coach and mentor recruiters, sourcers, and administrators on best practices and client culture.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in technical or niche domains.
• Business‑level proficiency in Korean (spoken and written).
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality hires.
• Continuous learning mindset and drive to contribute within a high‑performing team.
