Senior Registered Nurse – Paediatric Care

About the role

WhiteCoat is seeking a hands‑on Senior Registered Nurse with paediatric experience to join its clinical team. You will provide safe, gentle, and efficient care to children and support families throughout routine vaccinations, consultations and other outpatient procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Measure height, weight, vital signs and perform ECG recordings.
• Administer vaccinations, injections and suctioning procedures with a focus on child comfort.
• Conduct nebulisation therapy, finger‑prick blood tests and swab collections following strict protocols.
• Assist with blood and urine sample collection, dressing changes and infection‑control practices.
• Manage clinic administration including appointment scheduling, billing, parent communication and documentation.
• Oversee rostering and day‑to‑day clinic operations.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Prior experience in paediatric nursing or an outpatient paediatric clinic.
• Competent in phlebotomy, finger‑prick testing, nebulisation, vital‑sign monitoring and swab testing.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with young patients and anxious parents.
• Valid BCLS/BLS certification and strong communication skills.
