Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Join MediaPlus Digital, a Singapore‑based digital agency backed by a NASDAQ‑listed group, as a Senior Sales Executive. You will drive B2B sales of web development, SEO, SEM, paid advertising and AI‑enabled solutions, helping SMEs accelerate their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the direct supervisor.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up, cold calls and outreach activities.
• Identify and develop opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct face‑to‑face or virtual meetings to understand business needs and pitch tailored solutions.
• Manage existing client relationships to retain revenue and grow accounts.
• Build regular engagements with prospects and clients.
• Provide consultation to SME owners on digitising their business with new technologies.
• Use marketing tools such as Google Analytics to assess client performance and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting corporate clients.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent presentation and pitch skills.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work under pressure.
