Senior SFDC / CS Engineer

About the role

STARHUB LTD. is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines deep technical development with DevOps practices and includes rotational production support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and Visualforce.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configuration and quote lifecycle.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset or similar tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Provide L2/L3 production support on a rotational basis, handling incidents and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong background in DevOps and CI/CD for Salesforce.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based production support model.
• Experience mentoring team members and driving technical best practices.
