About the role
The Senior Specialist, Customer Acquisition will convert high‑intent inbound interest into new Business and Enterprise customers across APAC and ANZ. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through a value‑driven sales cycle for AI solutions while ensuring a professional and seamless experience from first contact to close.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, email, and digital channels.
- Conduct structured discovery to uncover use cases, technical needs, and decision criteria.
- Lead prospects through qualification, value articulation, product guidance, objection handling, and closing.
- Own the full sales cycle, meeting or exceeding activity, conversion, pipeline, and quota targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights, and product opportunities to internal teams.
- Stay current on product features, AI/ML market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of inside sales or SaaS closing experience, preferably in a high‑velocity environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication with consultative selling expertise.
- Highly motivated, competitive, organized, and customer‑obsessed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience using sales engagement tools (call cadences, email sequencing).
